Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.

Job Summary

Kennesaw State University is now accepting applications for a pool of open rank, part-time faculty positions in the School of Instructional Technology and Innovation in the Bagwell College of Education for the academic year 2023-2024. These positions are on an as-needed, semester-by-semster basis. Rank is determined at the time of hiring and will be commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

Teaching undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Instructional Technology
Student teaching/clinical supervision
Student Advising

Teaching assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.

Required Qualifications

An earned Master's degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Instructional Technology or a related field, and at least 18 graduate credit hours in the Instructional Technology discipline, is required as instructor rank.
A Terminal/Doctorate degree, or the foreign equivalent, in Instructional Technology or a related field is required as professorial rank.

Preferred Qualifications

State teaching Instructional Technology certifications, ISTE professional certifications
Experience teaching online or hybrid courses
Record of past teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level, preferably in Instructional Technology or Design
Post-doc experience
Experience in a clinical practice
