  • Participate in the class(es) to role model student behaviors

The Peer Facilitator will sustain and support a culture that celebrates the diversity of individuals and ideas, which values accountability, collaboration, and innovation. The Center believes that the cultural and social diversity of our faculty and staff is vitally important to the distinction and excellence of all our work. To that, we are especially eager to add to our team a colleague who supports our commitment to ensuring the Center is inclusive, equitable, diverse, and a place where all constituents can thrive. The Center seeks to continue diversifying our staff, recognizing that diversity of experience and thought strengthens the work that we do and the value we bring to every community we serve.

This is a part-time position (6 hours or less per week).
